Right of withdrawal

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only possible if the item is defective. Please email us at info@smartifygo.ch within 14 days if the item is faulty.

Damaged items
If the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue. In this case, we will offer you a return of the item and a refund.

Refunds
If your return is approved due to a damaged item, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. This will be processed within 10 business days of the item being returned and inspected. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received a refund, please contact us at info@smartifygo.ch.
